Cashback is typically calculated on the eligible merchandise subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, gift cards, and other non-qualifying charges. Confirm the exact calculation rules on the portal.
Missing Our Place cashback can result from using an untracked link, disabling cookies, using an ad blocker, applying an unapproved coupon, shopping in multiple browser tabs, or having another referral source overwrite the cashback tracking.
If your Our Place cashback does not track, wait for the portal’s stated reporting period and then submit a missing-cashback claim. Include your order number, purchase date, order total, and any requested confirmation details.
Mobile Our Place cashback eligibility depends on the cashback portal. Use the portal’s mobile app or mobile tracking instructions, and avoid switching between apps or browsers after activating the offer.
Gift card purchases are commonly excluded from cashback, while purchases paid partly with a gift card may have special rules. Check the Our Place cashback terms before using a gift card.
International Our Place cashback eligibility depends on the merchant, destination, currency, and cashback portal. Review the regional terms to confirm whether your order qualifies.
